Shipping policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within
1-3 Business Days.
 

If we are experiencing a large quantity of orders, then processing time will
likely be a bit longer, If that is the case you will receive an email from
us stating our processing time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

(NZ) Domestic shipping is $6.50 for non Rural Delivery
and $10.50 for Rural Delivery.
 
Australia shipping rates are $18.00 for Standard Tracked Post and $30.00 for Courier.
 
International shipping rates vary depending on if tracking is available for a specific Country so
I am charging a flat rate of $30.00.

Shipment to P.O. boxes:

We do ship to P.O. Boxes at no extra charge, just make sure
your address is correct at checkout.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order, then after
we have packaged your item(s) up we will then send it out and you will receive an email
with your tracking number.


Customs, duties, and taxes:

SarahsCreationz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:

SarahsCreationz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can then get
in contact with the shipping company.
